At RAM Property Management, transparency is a very important part of our internal structure. We want owners to know how their property is being managed.

Integrity and transparency are important so that you have complete confidence in us and how your property is being maintained. There are three ways we proactively provide transparency for owners.

Access to the Owner Portal

Our Owner Portal allows owners to have all-inclusive access to their property. Owners can view monthly statements, see invoices, and see work orders completed on their property. This is a great way to stay aware of how the property is performing and to track any expenses accumulated to manage the property.

Annual Reporting

At the end of each year, RAM wants to make your tax filing process as easy as possible. While we are not an accounting firm, we want to make sure that anything your accountant would need to prepare your taxes for your property is provided to you in a nice, clean, and complete manor. Owners receive a 1099 from RAM in addition to a general ledger for the property. It breaks down every line item and shows both revenue and expenses incurred throughout the year.
